ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY
Although our policy for stock items (without customization) is to guarantee shipment within 5 (five) business days (excluding weekends), most of our orders are shipped within 3 (three business days). The only normal exceptions to this policy would be in the event that an item is out of stock due to a back order status from the manufacturer, or possible delay in processing for items where custom text or other customizations have been requested. In either case, the customer will be notified, either by email or phone regarding the potential delay. At this time, the customer will be afforded the option of amending their order, or selecting an alternative item or color.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer three options for expedited shipping from UPS, including 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air, all of which are at a higher shipping rate than our standard UPS Ground shipment. All special shipping options are offered to reduce transit time only. Consequently, choosing one of these options does not automatically guarantee same day shipment of your order!

Therefore, if you are considering placing an order that requires a shipment date that is less than our standard ship time of five business days, we ask that you give us a call toll free at 1-877-766-9327 so that we can verify on-hand product availability, and make sure that you receive same-day or next day shipment whenever possible.
